Recruitment has a double challenge. You want to ask the right questions to evaluate the candidate and you hope to make a good impression to increase the chances the candidate wants to work with you.
Behavior Based Recruitment is the training I'm offering. It focusses on asking questions about past behavior because past behavior predicts future behavior.
We will first discover good recruitment skills, setup example questions adapted to each role, develop a recruitment document and practice together.
