Since 2017 I'm actively working with Insights Discovery as a licenced trainer.  This journey is most valuable for personal development, team development and improving connection between different personalities.

 

Personal Development

During the workshop you will be taken through interactive exercises to discover your personal preferences, recognize the different Insights colors, learn the theory of Carl Jung and receive your personal profile.

Team Effectiveness

Understanding your peers prefered colors makes it easier to connect and collaborate.  We will exchange profiles, setup a team wheel, discover strenghts and weaknesses of the team and make a team communication chart with do's and dont"s.  We end the session with sharing your value and promise to the team.

Extended sessions could involve team culture, team dynamics and action plans for improved effectiveness.

Sales Effectiveness

Insights Discovery has its own sales model with 6 steps.  During this workshop you will discover how you can adapt your approach, during every step of the sales model, based on the color preferences of the customer.

How do others see you? An important step in your personal development is understanding the perception of others.  You receive your personal booklet where you discover how you are using your colors, seen by your peers. 
This can be the first step in working better together.
