My Background

After my graduation as a teacher in biology and physical education, I started as a sales representative at Bristol-Myers Squibb.  I have built my experience being a sales manager, sales force effectiveness manager, key account manager, external partnership manager and training manager for Belgium. 
35 years later I was ready to start my own business in training.

I'm passionate about developing people and helping them to perform in the best possible way. 

Since 2017, I'm a licenced trainer of Insights Discovery and it was with great pleasure that I have had the possibility to organize many workshops, helping people to discover their personal profile and understand how to connect better with colleague's.

Besides Insights Discovery, I trust I understand the importance of good skills and habits in sales and communication.  Whether you are in a sales talk, a presentation, a coaching session or a recruitment conversation, it's only by applying the right communication techniques that you can influence the other and move them to the desired behavior.
